Teresa Fritts has more than 35 years of experience in accounting, legal and office administration with extensive experience in a wide variety of industries that require support in legal, accounting and insurance related issues.

Ms. Fritts resided in Bermuda for a period of time working with a reinsurance company with ties to a large United States Corporation. During this time, Ms. Fritts worked closely with general counsel for the corporation regarding IRS tax issues as well as acquiring multiple commercial properties in the United States with responsibility for multimillion-dollar transactions.

Ms. Fritts has also worked with commercial construction projects responsible for managing all related accounting for construction draws, reporting and audits.

Ms. Fritts is often appointed as an auditor of Colorado Lawyer Trust Fund accounts by the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation.

Ms. Fritts uses her expertise to ensure the most efficient use of company resources to achieve optimal profits and success. She also acts as a mentor to train employees within the company to ensure procedures and processes to facilitate ongoing success.

She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her golden retrievers. Ms. Fritts is an avid supporter of CASA of Jefferson County and other empowerment organizations.
